Hiring a Maintenance Technician with Injection Molding Experience on 3rd shift for a Company in the Anderson, SC area. Pay is up to $33.00 Per Hour based on experience. Comprehensive Benefits Package Provided.What They Offer:Medical, Dental, and Vision BenefitsPTO - Start with 3 Weeks Your First YearHolidays - 10 Paid Each YearLTDSTDLife InsuranceBlue Care On Demand Maintenance Technician Summary:Qualified individual will assist in maintaining the production equipment and the facility in order to help maximize machine reliability through best work practices.Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:Repair, modify, and maintain IMM equipment.Preventative and Corrective maintenance of IMM equipment (i.e. molding machine, robotics, assembly equipment, End-of-Arm Tooling, material systems, and conveying equipment).The ability to setup, troubleshoot, and modify IMM equipment.The ability to analyze, repair, modify and maintain equipment including injection molding machines with 6 axis robots, pneumatic pick & place equipment, and electrical servo actuators.Must be able to use hand tools and power tools.Maintains a safe work environment by documenting and correcting potential safety issues.Knowledge of industrial electricity including single-phase and three-phase power, motor controls, servo controls, emergency control systems, and process automation.Troubleshoot and Repair electrical and mechanical issues with Injection Molding Machinery (Engel CC300), Koch Dryer and Vacuum System, and Frigel Thermolators and Chilling Systems.Troubleshooting and program RAPID coding, Ladder Logic, FBD (Function Block Diagram), and SCL (Structured Control Language) in the respective IDE (Robot Studio or TIA Portal).Must be able to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot electrical controls systems.Knowledge of ABB robotics is desired or other applicable experience.Knowledge of robotic pick and place material handling operations.Experience with installation, or repair robotic controllers, end-of-arm tools, or conveyors.Electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical knowledge of injection molding and assembly equipment.Experience with maintenance and repair of injection molds is a plus.Assist with the set-up and maintenance of molding auxiliary equipment, including granulators, conveyors, liquid temperature controls, and mold electrical controls.Safely use overhead cranes is a plus.Maintenance Technician Education:High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) with 5 years experience working in injection molding operations.Associates Degree in Industrial or Maintenance Technology is highly desired.
