Job Description:

Caudalie USA is looking for a Key Account Coordinator reporting to the Merchandising Director, Caudalie Americas. The Key Account Coordinator will assist the Merchandising team in the execution of the sales and marketing strategy and initiatives of our Key Accounts in the Americas (Sephora, BlueMercury, Macy's, Jean Coutu, and Anthropologie). The ideal candidate must be interested and have knowledge of the industry and ideally of the above accounts; strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally (Sales, Operations, Marketing) required. FUNCTIONS:Key Account ManagementReview and validate purchase orders on a weekly basis, received either through EDI or retailer portal.Pro-actively communicate with planningbuying teams for PO extensions, adjustments, and order trackingfallout.Act as the key point of contact with Caudalie warehouses to ensure the smooth process and completion of shipments in a timely manner.Track and report sell in against budgets and maximize order fill rates for all accounts.Monitor stock levels of key retail partners, anticipate, and identify sales growth opportunities maximizing OTB and communicate follow up directly with the accounts.Monitor sell through.Monitor and report RTV for seasonal and discontinued products according to plan. Marketing and Brand GrowthUnderstand key retailers marketing plan and activations calendar.Partner with the trade marketing team to ensure successful launches and activations.Provide all required information for new products' set up in retailer's platform portal.Track all sampling programs for key retailers and ensure smooth execution.Take part in assortment, merchandising updates discussions, and execute roll out in key retailers. Sales Team supportBuild and allocate gratis plan to send to the field team each campaign.Track gratis budget and make recommendations on necessary adjustments to plan.Provide, in collaboration with the trade marketing team, support for in-store events. Prepare analysis for sales presentations and other key meetings.OperationsEnsure liaison with the warehouse team to smoothly execute special projects (bundles, local production of sets...)Actively communicate and align with the planning team on stock prioritization and allocation and leverage any opportunities due to sales trend for key retailers.Other duties as assigned.QUALIFCATIONS & SKILLS:Education ExperienceBachelor's Degree required. Ability to work with large amounts of data from multiple sources, interpret data and turn into actionable outcomes.ERP system experience preferably Navision.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Work and Outlook.Previous experience with Sephora is a plus.
