In this role, you will assist in managing customer relations with a vast amount of global clients; sending quotes, processing customer orders and logistics; and contributing to the achievement of quarterly sales goals . We're looking for someone who is task-oriented with great customer service skills. Customer service experience preferred. Experience in Aviation parts sales is required.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide support to new and existing C&L customersReceive and respond to customer inquiriesInput quotes into C&L operating systemSend quotes and other relevant material to customersInput customer purchase orders into operating systemAssisting with shippingCoordinate payment terms with C&L accounting departmentWork with shipping department to ensure customers receive their ordersAssist customers in product returnsAssist customers in ensuring orders are effectively managed and shippedContribute to the achievement of quarterly sales goalsPerform other administrative tasks as assignedJob RequirementsExceptional customer service skillsAviation Parts SalesStrong knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to type 50 wpmExcellent written and verbal skillsDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
