Position: Mid-Level Associate AttorneyPractice Area: Tax, Trusts, and EstatesExperience Required: 2+ years of experience in trusts and estates.Focus Areas:Elder Law: Comprehensive knowledge of elder law, including legal matters related to seniors.Special Needs Planning: Expertise in special needs planning, ensuring the financial security of individuals with disabilities.Long-Term Care Planning: Proficiency in long-term care planning, addressing the needs of aging clients.Responsibilities:Collaborate with a dynamic eleven-person Tax and Trusts and Estates group.Provide legal counsel to clients on trusts, estates, and related matters.Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.Represent clients in probate proceedings and estate administration.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in the New Jersey State Bar.Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal mitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.We are dedicated to promoting equal employment opportunities and offering reasonable accommodations to applicants with physical andor mental disabilities.
