With proven and proprietary methodologies that embed lasting change across an organization, our work unleashes teams across the business to innovate and create new pathways to achieve the desired outcomes for their business.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment SupportAssist in posting job openings on various job boards and our company website.Schedule interviews and maintain interview calendars.Coordinate communication with candidates and provide them with necessary information.Employee OnboardingPrepare new hire paperwork, including offer letters and employment contracts.Schedule orientations and assist new employees in completing necessary forms.Ensure all required documents are collected and filed.Employee Records ManagementMaintain and update employee records, including personal information, job changes, and training records.Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality.General HR Administrative SupportManage HR department calendars and schedules.Maintain HR files, documents, and supplies.Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
