Job Description:

Our large law firm client is seeking an experienced receptionistoffice assistant to work as part of a team providing exceptional customer service to all clients, guests, and employees of the firm. This is an in person role, 5 days a week, from 7:30am to 4pm daily. Prior customer service, receptionist, or concierge experience and previous law firm experience is required. The ReceptionistOffice assistant will :Answer telephones for attorneysbusiness professionalsclients and direct callers as requested or to voice mail; check general voice mailbox daily and forward messagesGreet and recordlog visiting attorneys and personnelEscort guests, as needed to the conference roomSchedule visiting offices and coordinate with othersMaintain and update reservation details and other logistics in firm provided software (EMS, Zoom, etc.) for conference roomsCoordinate logistical requirements for all in-house functions serving as the office contact for meetings and coordinating appropriate meal or beverage set-upsMaintain a neat and orderly reception area and will maintain a secure environment at reception area and floor entrances, with a security badge log (new hires, temporary loaner keys, etc.). The ideal candidate should be pleasant and project a professional demeanor with a clear speaking voice. Excellent verbal, written, organization, computer, and interpersonal skills are required , along with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Bachelor's Degree is required. Previous large law firm or corporate experience preferred. Compensation includes an hourly rate in the range of $30-to-$33 per hour with some consideration given to higher salary range based on experience. A team player with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be most successful in this key position.
