The Help Desk personnel will be responsible for network administration, information technology, troubleshooting, network security, and exceptional customer service to ensure an efficient IT operation. The role involves responding to user requests, troubleshooting IT issues, and resolving them in a timely manner, maintaining IT infrastructure, providing on-site support, and documenting system issues and maintenance tasks.QualificationsStrong knowledge of network administration, information technology, troubleshooting, and network security principlesExcellent customer service skills and ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical clientsExperience with ticketing systems, operating systems, and network monitoring toolsStrong analytical and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively as a key member of a teamStrong interpersonal skills and positive attitudeBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferredIndustry certification (such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, Cisco Certified Network Associate) is a plus
