Enprotech Industrial Technologies is a supplier of repair, rebuilding, and field services for the metal forming and steel industry. We are rapidly growing and looking to expand our team! Enprotech is in search of positive attitudes that can provide urgency and innovative solutions to our customers.Job DescriptionPosition Summary & ObjectiveSchedule, plan, resource, and manage all technical activities aimed at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.Essential Functions Performed by the Position Generate engineered work scope and labormaterial estimates through coordination with the sales department and customer interaction.Generate repair solutions, value-added improvements, and new design concepts on existing heavy manufacturing equipment.Generate repairnew component prints, workflow documents, and assembly prints as required for assigned projects.Generate and maintain project schedules and coordinate resources teract daily with purchasing, sales, and production teams.Report regularly on project status.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExperience with AutoCAD andor Solidworks software.Ability to generate new and markupmodify existing prints to coincide with the routing of parts through the manufacturing facility.Apply knowledge of engineering principles to mechanical systems.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills required.Ability to develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturingrepair methods, fabrication, and operation of product designs.Ability to estimate costs and submit bids for engineering solutions.Ability to oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.Ability to recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.Ability to analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications.QualificationsRequired Education and ExperienceAssociate or bachelor's degree in engineering field, or a combination of equivalent education and experience.Experience in the steel, rebuilding or machine shops a plus.Additional InformationThe benefits of joining our teamBecause we seek to hire the best people, we work hard to provide benefits that make their lives better, so we offer a comprehensive benefit program which features:health coverage for you and your family through medical, dental and vision plansa 401(k) plan in with a generous company matchfinancial protection through disability, life, and accidental death & dismemberment insurance planstax advantages through flexible spending accounts that allow you to pay for specific health-care and dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollarsa generous paid time off program in which the benefits increase along with your tenure with the company
