DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Establish long-term relationships with technical professionals across the globe.Learn and present Burtch Works proprietary data to help technical professionals navigate their career and to establish proactive relationships with future candidates.Support Burtch Works' enterprise accounts through sourcing, screening, and submission, onboarding, and continuous communication of technical candidates.Collaborate with peers, Account Managers, Recruiting Managers, Shared Services team members, and Leadership on fulfillment strategies.Source candidates from Dice, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other sites but from attending networking groups to add to our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Introduce candidates to our Community Platform for continuous learning opportunities through reports, webinars, and blogs and to find great jobs that match their terview qualified candidates and propose career opportunities that suit their skills, goals, and interests.Submit and present qualified candidates to our clients for consideration.Prepare candidates for interview process; gain client intel and candidate feedback following interviews.Support candidate through onboarding process and help with speed to productivity.Maintain relationship through candidate following placement at client and provide performance feedback. Proactively resolve problems.Uncover leads through conversations with candidates and identify potential business opportunities.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEExcellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and customer serviceEntrepreneurial spirit and growth anizational skills and high attention to detail.3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting.Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Ability to function well in a fast-paced and agile environment, collaborating effectively with team members and staying proactive.A very strong work ethic is required.Proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to meet and exceed daily and weekly metrics or goals.Previous expertise in the staffing and IT industries.PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEProficiency with Salesforce is a BIG plus.Experience in a fast-paced customer service or sales environmentPrevious startup experience preferred.Experience working effectively both remotely and in-office.Ability to meet problems with tellectually curious.Grit.Vulnerable and empathy.Ability to multitask and navigate between multiple systems and technologiesAdaptability and flexibilityEDUCATIONBachelor's degree strongly preferred.
