Great Opportunity!HR Asst will be doing administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization's human resources department. This will be supporting the Head of the HR department and the HR Generalists. This position provides support in functional areas of a human resources department which may include talent acquisition, benefits, learning and development, employee engagement, HR operations and reporting, as well as risk and compliance. Responsibilities Assist with recruitment cycle: job descriptions and postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and processing background checks.They will also assist with all onboarding new hires and all the logistics; new hire orientations, paperwork, etc. The HR Asst will also assist with benefits administration, learning and development and all HR Operations and Compliance. They will assist with maintenance of the firm's HRIS (ADP and other software the firm will use with HR documents. They may assist with Payroll and IT as well.RequirementsBachelor's Degree 1-2 years experience in HR or an administrative assistant in a corporate office that has interacted with Senior Executives.Must have strong verbal communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
