Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for others seeking to utilize RPA technologies to automate and streamline existing manual business processesWork closely with the Business Analyst, Director of Strategic Planning and functional experts to validate technical integration and development conforms to requirementsWork with SMEs to ensure requirements are thorough and completePrepare and present analysis, methods and results to non-expert personnel, management team and technical experts throughout different projectsMakes decisions on complex and sensitive issues that are based on professional judgment, evaluating risks and in the context of a complex and changing environmentOther duties as assigned by SupervisorQualificationsMinimum 2-3 years working experience as a RPA Business AnalystMUST live in the New York or New Jersey areaAssociate Degree preferred or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience across various disciplines of RPARPA certification highly desirable (UiPath preferred)Experience in delivering cross-functional, enterprise RPA solutionsExperience developing a community of practice and self-learning toolsEffective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop joint solutionsAbility to influence and negotiate with others to deliver resultsDemonstrated accountability and ability to prioritize, think and solve problemsAbility to be flexible, show initiative and respond quickly when situations changeMaintains a positive attitude and is friendly, upbeat, and has a great "can do" personalityAble to work well in a fast-paced environmentPassionate about NYPCC's mission and valuesAdditional InformationSalary: $85,000 - $95,000 per yearCompensation commensurate with experience and qualifications.NYPCC is an Equal Opportunity EmployerAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
