Fostering a mindset of curiosity in which our people are always building, testing, evolving and retesting hypotheses.All of which is underpinned by a commitment to total transparency.QualificationsStrong knowledge of buying systems and marketplace intelligenceFour-year college degree3+ years previous media buying experienceProven analytical and communication skillsProven prioritizing skillsAble to work under pressure while meeting deadlinesAble to work under independently or as part of a teamMust have experience within DV360 andor The Trade DeskDonovan (DDS)Prisma ExperienceAdvance level of proficiency with Microsoft Word for Windows and ExcelResponsibilitiesManage client relationships.Present buys and post-analysis.Update planning team on status of client projects.Manage the negotiation, presentation, and implementation of national television and cable schedules and digital video buys.Supervise the Negotiator on all day-to-day activities for specific clients.Train Negotiator in all aspects of national broadcastdigitial video (schedule maintenance, strategies, programming, and negotiating), as well as the client(s) business and terface and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to develop a deep understanding of the capabilities and limits of the technologies we employ, including DSPs, DFA, Data providers, etc.Project cost per points based on current buys.Alert clients of market place shifts that affect future buys.Follow buying guidelines to establish goals.Look for opportunities to upgrade the effectiveness of buying.Monitors schedules requesting upgrades and bonus for make-goods and discrepancies.Evaluate media opportunities and make proper recommendations.Master media buying-related technologies, including DSPs, DMP, 3rd party ad servers and manual exchanges.Seek out new and innovative media opportunities which can benefit client(s).Assist the Associate Director and Director in the negotiation of major, long-term media contracts.Keep abreast of industry trends (trade press, current events, etc.) that may impact a client's business.Utilize and stay familiar with most current research pensation Range: $50,000 - $95,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualificationsskills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
