Role DescriptionThe HR Solutions IT Analyst ensures smooth and business-oriented application operations and project delivery, focusing on HR Solutions and the interoperability between HR applications and other satellite systems or services (SaaS, tax authorities, payroll, social security etc.).ResponsibilitiesAct as the IT contact for the HR functional units and their process owners and key users in terms of application support, change requests, enhancements and new process requirementsEnsure proactive, continuous process improvement for HR application usage and functionsIntegrate business and process functions providing interoperability between applications and systems (Payroll, SuccessFactors, ERP, etc.) by working closely with other application teamsAssist in monitoring and controlling of sourced or shared services regarding service-level agreement (SLA) fulfilment and cost allocations in alignment with the other IT support functionsSupport changes, incident resolution and projects to ensure best cost and best valueLead and assist with projects of various sizes with internal and external team membersGuide external consultants on support cases and projects while ensuring best cost & best valueMinimum Skills QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, computer science or in a related fieldHR business process and operations experienceProfound knowledge of HR systems and modules such as payroll, time and attendance, etc. and their integration HR and non-HR satellite systemsDeep knowledge on integration and interfaces of HR applications to external systems or services and their support (e.g. to authorities like tax, social security, insurance, health, etc.).Experience in payrolltime management, role design und authorizationsExpertise in computer systems (applications and technology) or comparable experience analyzing business process requirements and specify workable solutionsAbility to travel up to 40%Preferred Skills QualificationsThree (3) years of experience in supporting and consulting HR applicationsExperience in the manufacturing industry and in international projects as team member or project leadConfident self-starter with effective client-facing communication and rapport building skills to ensure results in a cross-functional and multi-stakeholder organizationAbility to take ownership on the resolution of incidents and fulfillment of service requestsTeam-player, flexible regarding travellingAbout Ardagh GroupArdagh Glass Packaging is a global leader in glass packaging solutions, producing packaging for the world's leading brands.
