Job Description:

TUH-CLINICAL RESCUE NURSE COORDCapacity Management Center-36HRS-Night Flex (6p-6:30a)Coordinates the delivery of nursing services to patients across the organization to include Temple University Hospital, Jeanes Campus, Episcopal Campus and Fox Chase Cancer Center. Rounds on all units and uses automated surveillance systems to monitor and engage with bedside staff to identify patients possibly at risk for clinical deterioration. Serves as an expert clinical resource to provide education and debriefing after an RRTCode event has occurred. Conducts monitoring on patients downgraded out of Intensive Care Units to lower acuity units. Provides educational in-services as appropriate. Provides tracking, data collection and monitoring of metrics used to measure the productivity and quality of care delivered in all areas of the program. Education Bachelors Degree : Nursing (Required) Other : Graduate of accredited school of nursing (Required) Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Experience 5 Years experience as a RN in an Acute Care setting (Required) 3 Years experience as a RN in critical care, pre-hospital or emergency nursing (Required) LicenseCertifications ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Required) BLS - Basic Life Support (Required) RN-LIC - PA Registered Nurse License (Required) CCRN - Cert Critical Care RN (Preferred) or CEN - Cert Emergency Nurse (Preferred) or PHRN - PA PreHospital RN Cert (Preferred) 6p-6:30a -Every third weekend requirement '250529
