I am currently working with a leading AM LAW firm, who are actively looking to recruit a partner to join their growing Commercial Real Estate group in Denver. Job Description:The group is seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Partner to join it's Denver office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality legal services to clients.Responsibilities:Handle high level transactions with regional and national clients.Assist in the further development of the firm's real estate practice.Network and develop new clients in both Colorado and the wider region.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to the Colorado state bar.A minimum of 8 years of experience practicing commercial real estate law.Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.A book of portable business is required.The firm is offering the successful candidate:Leading compensation packages - including multiple bonus streams.Bespoke hybrid working arrangements.The successful candidate will be eligible for Health insurance, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K contribution, vacation/sick time.
