Commercial Real Estate Agent - Commission Based Our client in (Indianapolis, Indiana) is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team. You will be mentored and trained.  If you have a valid Indiana real estate license and don't want to work in residential, this might be for you. What will you be doing? Assist sellers in promoting their properties to attract qualified buyers in a reasonable amount of time. Provide guidance on agreements and market prices Draft legal documents and contracts Coordinate exchanges of ownership Assist with negotiations between buyers and sellers Attend networking functions as necessary and occasional workshops What do you bring? Positive, can-do attitude, self-motivated, and honest A valid State of Indiana Real Estate License Vast knowledge of property law, property specifications, legal guidelines, procedures, and policies Ability to work quickly with numbers and analyze data. Multitasker who enjoys working in a fast paced environment with a variety of people Ability to generate, work with and understand, demographic studies, environmental research, and financial analysis about the properties you will be offering for sales/lease.
