Secondary Department: OB Licensure/Certification/Registration Licensed as an RN in MN & BLS required upon hire PALS & ACLS certifications required within 90 days of hire Other certifications per policy according to area worked. Additional certifications may be required based on work assignments Work Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00pm-7:30am; 56hrs/2wks    Every third weekend One summer and one winter holiday shift per year Occasional call time What Makes Avera Special?
