Job Description Earn up to $3000 your first year, payable per BTB bonus terms Pay Range: $29+ / hour + shift differential paid for applicable hours worked Shift: Monday - Friday, 2nd shift: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm Benefits Health Benefits Day 1 enrollment -    Multiple plans to choose from including Health Savings Plan or Flexible Spending Account options! 401K with company match Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Paid Vacation -    Day 1 start accrual starts for earning time off Paid Holidays Company Discounts Company Uniforms provided Boot Allowance Tuition Reimbursement The Fleet Technician's primary purpose will require the individual to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on fleet vehicles and equipment including gas and diesel engines, hydraulic systems, air brakes, forklifts, tankers and trailers. Key responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair fleet vehicles and equipment Program and record assigned preventative maintenance tasks Assist in education of the Route Sales Representatives' pre and post-trip inspections Receive and process invoices for payment Act as vendor billing point of contact Maintain parts inventory and budget Maintain work area ensuring organization and cleanliness Ensure safe work practices Qualifications Key Qualifications Two years technical education completed or minimum five plus years hands-on experience (gas or diesel accepted) Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Cummins, Ford, or other engine manufacturer Diagnostic Tool proficiency Ability to handle physical requirements, including, but not limited to, repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting up to 60 pounds Valid driver's license Ability to obtain CDL B within specified period of time ASE Certification required within specified period of time Must possess personal tools Positive team-player attitude Possesses exceptional work ethic, energy, and drive   BlueTriton Brands offers an extensive portfolio of highly recognizable, responsibly sourced and packaged spring water, purified water and water beverage brands that include Poland Spring®, Deer Park®, Ozarka®, Ice Mountain®, Zephyrhills®, Arrowhead®, Originâ„¢, Saratoga®, AC+ION®, Pure Life®, B'EAU®, Splash Blast® and Splash Fizz®.  BlueTriton Brands also owns and operates ReadyRefresh®, a customizable water and beverage delivery service that has been certified as a CarbonNeutral® business.    Based in Stamford, Connecticut, BlueTriton Brands and its affiliates in the United States and Canada employ over 7,000 employees.
