Hire, Train, motivate and manage staff Place daily stock orders. Establish pricing to generate profits and maintain high CSI Maintain stock levels to ensure excellent fill rate and control obsolescence Maintain a clean and organized department Qualifications/Requirements - Parts Director: General Motors Dealership Parts Manager / Director experience is required. Must be familiar with Policies and Procedures Excellent customer service and communication skills Good organizational skills and work ethic Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
