Job Description:

HR / Administrator Assistant PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME $14.50/hr Main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides), and updating internal databases. Duties include: - Organizing and maintaining personnel records - Updating internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave) - Preparing HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides - Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance - Creating regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates) - Answering employees queries about HR-related issues - Assisting payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules) - Arranging travel accommodations and process expense forms MKE-04 WS-04 WS-TC WS-LC Schedule Shift start: 6:30AM or 7:00AM or 8:00AM or 8:30AM Shift length: 8.5 hours 5 days/week, must be available any day Benefits Health, dental, vision insurance - available after 90 days Paid time off 401(k) plan Qualifications Can lift 25 lbs Must be at least 21+ years old
