Job Description This role will be responsible for invoicing and order entry in the sales department. It includes being a point of contact for internal and external customers providing current information related to the sales and account receivable lifecycle. As well as a variety of clerical duties of a routine and recurring nature, including typing, filing, and preparation of standard forms.  Acts as a periodic receptionist relaying incoming and interoffice calls.   Essential Duties Compiles data from varied sources and makes summary reports as required. May involve routine mathematical calculations and tabulations in accordance with established methods.   Processes work orders or documents requiring Mestek Machinery procedural knowledge. Provides prompt and accurate internal and external customer service to stakeholders. Reviews documents for sufficiency, obtains necessary signatures, and routes appropriately. Maintains accurate customer files. Verifies deposits and posts to accounts receivable. Generates shipping/invoicing documents for machine and parts orders. Duplicates, files, and retrieves accounts receivable material as needed. Responsible for the life cycle of sales and invoicing process and communication with various stakeholders. Process and maintain sales quotes, ERP, and CRM systems. Performs other such duties as may be assigned. Education and Experience Graduation from high school or GED equivalent. Experience with manufacturing, sales, accounting preferred. Working knowledge of ERP (Epicor) and CRM (Salesforce) platforms. Ability to use computer software such as Microsoft 365. Understanding of basic accounting cycles. High energy, high integrity, self-starter requiring minimal supervision. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
