Job Description:

This is a full time Monday through Friday on site position, all clinics are in Chittenden County. Current Full Time Opening: Hinesburg Family Medicine This position offers a 2k sign on bonus paid out over one year. The Clinical Care Associate (mirrors the Medical Assistant role in the specialty clinics) is an integral part of the care team and a key contributor to delivering high quality care that is compassionate, consistent and reliable for our patients, families and the practices within a medical home. The incumbent is involved in direct patient care under the direction of a provider and performs clinical and administrative health care support services to patients and families according to knowledge, ability, and duties assigned. EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required. Vocational training in a relevant area preferred. CPR certification required within the first six months from hire. EXPERIENCE: One year experience in relevant health care setting or training program desired. Primary Care experience preferred. Proven customer service experience required.
