If youre passionate about driving change and embody a mission-driven work ethic, we want you to apply now!About the Job:Provide strategic leadership for all fundraising initiatives, including individual and corporate giving, grant management, and event fundraising.Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline messaging in support of all fundraising efforts and the organizations mission.Prepare solicitation materials and engage staff and Board members to cultivate and steward donors.Utilize national network to bring in opportunities for partnership and to work with potential funders.Manage the grants pipeline, workflow, and schedules, utilizing program teams to prepare proposals.Oversee all aspects of fundraising events and sponsorship programs, developing packages and managing the donor database.About You:5+ years of hands-on and strategic development experience at a nonprofit; a bachelors degree is required.National nonprofit fundraising experience is required.Proficient in Salesforce with strong detail-orientation and project management skills.Proven experience developing fundraising programs from scratch and seeing through implementation.Ability to set and achieve fundraising goals.Mission driven work-ethic.About the Position$130K-$150K (DOE).Remote position with an office in DC as needed.Quarterly domestic travel.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
