*****Company Paid Medical for entire familyDentalCompany Paid Vision for employeeCompany Paid Long Term DisabilityCompany Paid Short Term DisabilityCompany Paid Life Insurance401KProfit Sharing Key Responsibilities Develop conceptual designs or modify existing designs to meet customers requirements.Prepare quotes, including development of narrative descriptions, concept drawings, and cost data.The ability to develop sound designs based on established methodologies, hardware and software platforms, and communication networks.Manage the progress of projects relative to established plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.Assist in developing the Electrical Engineering department through leadership, experience, encouragement, and mentorship.Make recommendations for design direction.Contribute to identify and address complex technical issues.Lead teams and positively influence project direction and progress of assigned projects.Assist with the successful management of assigned projects as they relate to cost, quality, timing, and customer satisfaction.Manage several on-going projects terface with vendors, when necessary, to ensure vendors deliver parts, materials, components, equipment, and services on-time, on-budget, and to technical specifications.Travel to client locations to provide detailed engineering design support, site support and start-up/commissioning either in a support or lead role. Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 6 years experience with Rockwell software and AB CompactLogix, GuardLogix, PanelView plus platforms, and FactoryTalk (ME and SE).Working Knowledge with Siemens S7 and S5 is a plus.Minimum of 4 years experience in factory network design and implementations.Minimum of 6 years of experience in the development, integration, and implementation of SCADA process control systems.Minimum of 4 years of experience in working knowledge and development of process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).Minimum of 6 years of experience in designing electrical control systems and producing electrical control schematics, panel, enclosure, and wire layouts drawings.Strong working knowledge of 3 phase control system and motor control theory.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Education & Experience Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.6+ years of related experience
