Leads and manages the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development, capability development and leadership to the enterprise. Provides expert advice to support overall organizational effectiveness, organizational change, strategic business plan execution, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives. Creates networks, formal and informal, to support data collection and implementation of strategic initiatives, policies and programs. Develops strategic, operational, and tactical solutions that balance organizational goals with staff retention through a focus on human capital and organizational psychology. Plans, develops, implements, and evaluates leadership and staff development programs and services. Directs and supervises the Organizational Development staff.Minimum Job QualificationsLicensure or other certifications: Educational Requirements: Masters prepared in a related field.Minimum Experience: Eight (8) years of Organizational Development experience, three (3) years leading an Organizational Development Team.Other:Preferred Job QualificationsPreferred Licensure or other certifications:Preferred Educational Requirements: Masters in I/O Psychology.Preferred Experience: Healthcare experience.Other:Job Specific and Unique Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAnalyzes enterprise-wide operations, processes, management and leadership to identify areas of improvement including structure, policies, processes, learning, and personnel actions.Provides strategic-level advice, guidance, and oversight to executives, human resource departments, managers and leaders, regarding conditions that may impact strategic/operational goals and action conjunction with other departments, guides boards and other decision-making bodies on the formation and implementation of organizational change plans, activities and restructuring efforts to ensure allocation of resources, personnel and methods are best employed to increase cross-functionality and interdepartmental cooperation.Coordinates and implements educational and training modalities to provide for individual and collective development of human capital.
