Your expertise, coaching, and support will be instrumental in achieving our organizational goals and fostering a positive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Planning:Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies and projects with business goalsTalent & Organizational Development: Drive organizational effectiveness, talent planning including performance management, succession planning, key talent pools, and employee engagement. Key partner and coach to leadership for identifying and executing individual development plans. Develop and implement talent development and succession planning initiatives.Talent Acquisition and Management: Work with hiring managers and talent acquisition to identify staffing budgets and develop recruitment strategies. Participate in the selection and hiring process for key roles.Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to resolve employee relations issues. Provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and compliance with employment anizational Development & Change Management: Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and assist in change management. Using knowledge of our business, recommend training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.Employee Engagement and Culture: Promote a positive workplace culture and implement employee engagement initiatives aligned with the organization's pensation and Benefits: Collaborate with leaders to implement competitive reward programs and equitable compensation practices.HR Technology and Systems: Utilize HR technology and systems to streamline HR processes and data management. Recommend and implement HR technology improvements as needed.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant business-related discipline 10 years of broad and progressive human resources experience and a strong, strategic talent mind-set Proven experience in a strategic business partner role or talent management role is required. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Analytical and data-driven mindset.
