One of Tampa's most prestigious law firms is seeking a real estate associate with 1 to 5 years of experience in commercial transactions, finance, acquisitions, leasing, and development. This position will focus on the drafting, preparation, and negotiation of all varieties of real estate contracts, commercial leases and land use agreements, structuring and documenting loans, and advising clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, management, and development.
