In this role, you will build key relationships with C-Level Executives, within leading Fortune 500 companies, as well as small and mid-size firms. As a consultant to them on their needs for top talent, you will be regarded as an industry expert to clients, while building a network of candidates in the market. The ideal team member is someone who enjoys staying connected with the business community and is interested in assisting professionals in their career progression.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Conducts behavioral-based interviews and competency-based evaluationsDevelops client accounts and generates new business through candidateclient leads, referrals, and various forms of marketingPartners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needsAnalyzes hiring needs, determines best recruiting methods, and createsdeploys client-specific andor role-specific strategic recruiting strategies and client marketing initiativesStays abreast of leading industry trends and recruiting best practicesBuilds and maintains subject matter expertise on target industries, clients, and rolesAdministers job postings in various systemsAssesses candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and overall compatibility with client requirementsProvides guidance and facilitates the negotiation process through completionEnters and tracks assignment andor candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Builds and maintains relationships with both passive and active candidatesEstablishes and maintains a network of industry contacts through participation in professionaltrade associations and other professional networking organizationsDevelops relationships with key clients and business leadersResponds to and addresses a variety of candidate, temporary employee, andor client inquiriesCompletes candidate hiringonboarding processes in accordance with clientorganizational requirementsCoaches, trains, and mentors other team membersEnsures compliance and safety requirements are metParticipates in special projects and performs other duties as assignedMINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with a minimum of two (2) years of experience recruiting top-tier, mid- to senior-level candidates or relevant industry experience is required.
