KYC- Quality Control Officer Chicago-IL-OnsiteLong Term ContractJob Description:The Client Onboarding Quality Control Officer will be part of the Wealth Management Client Operations organization, reviewing requirements of client onboarding, to include the fulfilment of Know Your Client (KYC). The Client Onboarding Quality Control Officer will reviewvalidate the client documents gathered and entered by the onboarding officer in order to establish accounts. The Client Onboarding Quality Control Officer is expected to stay current with all regulatory changes and requirements around client due diligence requirements, suitability and documentation.Key Qualities:• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility • Drives results through leadership, people, communication and influence • Comfortable with change, ambiguity, debate, conflict and informed risk taking • Multi-tasker who can manage multiple streams of work concurrently • Willingness to make decisions, while ensuring buy in from stakeholders. Responsibilities Include:Review data integrity for client due diligence, including coordinating the participation of customer stakeholders who have account opening responsibilitiesServe as control point for account opening approvals, reporting issues for designated clientsMaintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail while meeting team productivity goalsAct as a subject matter expert on required documentsinformation and process to onboard a clientPartnering with the client facing teams to review required legal documents and associated information to meet all regulatory and internal policesPerforming quality review of new and existing KYC profiles for Private Bank clients Qualifications:• BSBA Degree - Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred or equivalent military experience preferred • 3 to 5 years of experience with in a financial services, operational or compliance fields preferred • Prior experience in AML KYC preferred • Client Onboarding andor documentation analysis experience preferred • Strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to get up to speed quickly with new or unfamiliar subject matter Regards, _______________________Parthasarathy KLead RecruiterWork: 972-474-8787 Ext: 306,Direct: Inc |Themesoft Jobs
