Job DescriptionAs the Sanitation Assocaite Manager you will assist in the overall Facilities Management for a unit including Facilities Management, and Building Maintenance. #FS-100Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in the management of the sanitation team to ensure a clean and sanitary work place within a food manufacturing environment Help to prepare and manage the facility sanitation and maintenance plans, and helps to establish operational goalsSchedule and distribute work assignments on a daily basisPerform weekly inspections, document findings and identify improvements to be madeAssist in driving operational efficiencies, enforcing compliance with all company and customer policies and procedures, including safety and work rulesPerform weekly supply inventory and become familiar with and implement the budgetRepresents Aramark Facility Services on a daily basis to the customer's employees and key decision makers QualificationsMust have supervisory experience and a technical background (knowledge of mechanical/electrical equipment)The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is essential to success in this roleExperience directing skilled, semi-skilled and non-skilled trade personnel in a union and/or non-union environment is requiredThe ability to oversee capital projects, maintenance plans, and funding requests is required.
