The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for lead generation, helping clients buy and sell properties, guiding them through the process, advising them on market conditions, and negotiating prices. The Real Estate Agent will also work closely with other team members, such as lenders and lawyers, to ensure a seamless and successful transaction for their clients.QualificationsActive Real Estate Agent license in MarylandExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate and close dealsKnowledge of current real estate trends and market conditions in Gaithersburg, MDA high degree of attention to detailStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work well independently as well as in a team environmentExperience in real estate or sales is preferredWillingness to learn
