Job DescriptionJoin the Naval Nuclear Laboratory as an Electrician! This position is located at the Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory supporting the Bettis Facilities, Infrastructure & Engineering team.About the role:Lead, direct and perform work on new and existing electrical systems.Perform maintenance on low voltage and high voltage systems.Ability to perform asbestos removal / abatement on existing wiring systems.Perform utility scanning in accordance with local procedures and document findings for upcoming excavations work on site.Respond to trouble calls related to immediate electrical system issues to help maintain continuity of operations.Identify and develop improvements to existing facilities or methods of operation.Required Combination of Knowledge and SkillHigh school or vocational school graduate or the equivalent with the ability to read, write and perform general mathematics of the variety usually learned in a high school or vocational school course.
