DescriptionCome join the team at WeCare at Sugar Creek Care Center!WeCare at Sugar Creek Care Center is actively seeking a motivated RNAC for our community in Pittsburgh, PA. The RNAC is responsible for coordinating the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, including the Minimum Data Set (MDS), care planning, and quality assurance activities.
