Don't miss this exciting career opportunity!To be considered for this role, you will need to have:A BS degree in a technical field (i.e. chemistry, applied science, engineering); master's or PhD preferred.5+ years' experience leading a manufacturing or technical team.Strong understanding of polymer materials and manufacturing process (i.e. polymer extrusion preferred). Excellent interpersonal skills for team building and interdepartmental collaboration.Primary Responsibilities:Act as the Filaments Global Innovation Leader in developing and implementing the company's PD strategy.Coach and lead technical services team associates in the development of new products.Work closely with product managers and manufacturing to identify R&D and CI projects.Collaborate with outside testing facilities, universities, suppliers and customers.Create innovative solutions to shape digital manufacturing business.If you don't live in Vermont, you will want to move here!
