Role: MSP Support TechnicianLocation: New York, NY - Manhattan-basedSalary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 **************** INTERVIEWING NOW**********************Cubiq is excited to be representing one of the largest and most technically advanced MSP in New York, supporting them on their search for an on-site Support technician. This role is for candidates who have previously worked within the MSP industry, supporting various environments whilst having exceptional communication skills, and experience of external stake holder managementWorking with a full Microsoft stack, the client will provide technical training to the successful candidate across any areas of tech that both interest them and emerging techs that will be essential to support. All candidates must have experience in supporting Microsoft environments working with Active Directory, Office 365, etc. With basic networking and hardware mercial experience working with the following is desirable but represents their basic supported tech stack:IntuneConnectWiseGoogle WorkSpaceOther MDM such as JAMF or AddigyThis is a fully onsite role, split between client sites and their modern office in Manhattan.
