Seeking a talented and energetic Marketing Programs Specialist to join our fast-paced and fun marketing team located in Burlington, MA. The Marketing Programs Specialist will support with demand generation, events, and brand-awareness with an emphasis on digital marketing. Other channels include events, paid advertising and partnerindustry affiliations. It is an exciting time to join a growing organization. This position will be reporting to the Marketing Director. What you will be doing: Assist in planning and developing marketingcontent calendar, planning and executing events, and webinarsContribute new and exciting content ideasWorking with Sr. Marketing Programs Manager, plan and execute digital campaigns including content creation and performance analyticsSet up and manage customer, channel, and business unit virtual eventsWrite content including blog posts, case studies, social media posts, emails, newsletters, and other marketing assetsBuild, acquire, update and manage distribution listCreate an overall social media strategy and monthly calendar of activitiesAssist in implementing plans to increase followers on popular social media websites such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedInHelp create content as dictated by the quarterly campaign calendar to promote initiatives, releases, blogs and productsManage day-to-day marketing operationsWhat you will be bringing: At least 3 years of experience in marketing, social media marketing, and demand generation; high tech B2B experience a plusBABS degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field; candidates with equivalent education plus relevant work experienceIntegrated marketing experience preferred, with experience in technology industry experience a plusExperience supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targetsProficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CMS systems such as Marketo, Pardot., and Adobe Creative SuiteMastery and fluency of the English language, in both verbal and written formsFamiliar with multi-social posting through programs such as HootsuiteGeneral knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
