Director of Property Management - Healthcare and Advanced Technology SectorLocation: South San FranciscoSan CarlosAbout the FirmI am working with one of the Leading Real Estate Firms in the US. They develop and lease across Life Sciences, Medical Institutions, and Biotech Start-Up facilities across North America.They have expanded for the last 40 years, and with several new locations in development, they are looking to hire a Senior Property Management coordinator to support tenant management. They currently hold over 90Mil Square Feet under management, with over 60Mil under construction, and are planned for launch in the next 3 years.Role ResponsibilitiesProperty Administration - You will be involved in Contract Administration, which includes everything from the bidding process for new vendors to tracking signatures, and insurance certificates and ensuring all parties are compliant through tracking signatures on new and existing leases.Team and Client Management - Responsible for a team of 5, you will oversee the wider commercial relationships and any cross-functional projects with Engineering, Facilities Management, and Construction projects. Accounts Payable - You will manage all POs and match them to invoices to be submitted for approval by a senior member. Audit the payment monthly, to ensure all invoices are paid without errorsduplicates.Tenant Administration - You will be working with tenants to manage facility issues, support events, and support requests across events or any further construction.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree Minimum Requirements - Ideally Business, Finance, or Real Estate related.7-10 years of experience in property management, real estate, or facilities management-related roles.
