Endeavor Agency (is a commercial real estate & Prop Tech talent agency providing high-touch recruitment services throughout major markets across the US. Endeavor has engaged with a privately held commercial real estate investment, development and operating company based in Las Vegas with more than two decades of success. Reporting to the CEO, the firm is looking for an experienced leader to take on the Chief Operations Officer role to lead the investment management and operations of the firm. You will be responsible for providing the proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success.To thrive as in this role, you must be a prudent manager and an inspiring leader. The ideal candidate will have a business mindset and will be able to see the "big picture" in a variety of settings. They will take action to manage the day to day operations of the firm but develop new commercial real estate strategies to facilitate future growth opportunities across the portfolio and organization. The position requires a high degree of energy, enthusiasm, an outgoing personality, technical competence, and professionalism.Qualifications:Proven experience in leadership positions within commercial real estate investment organizations that are complex and have scale. Graduate degree a vestment experience across retail, multifamily, hospitality and commercial preferred.
