RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGERThe Residential Property Manager is responsible for daily oversight and coordination of company operations including, leasing, property management, financial performance, and collections. The Property Manager must facilitate strong working relationships with the Team, our clients, vendors, and our tenants.ESSENTIAL DUTIESOwn the client experience by being the brand ambassador for the Company.Audit all lease documents, signatures, renter's insurance, move in funds and deposits to ensure we follow policies and procedures.Perform all additional functions regarding the move-in per Appfolio and accounting guidelinesManage the renewal process in conjunction with the renewals team and provide weekly updates to Management.Manage collections processManage security deposit processManage leasing processManage daily activitiesManage move in process for all new residents.Attend court as needed for evictions.Maintain an active real estate license and adhere to company real estate license requirements. If you are already licensed, we will pay for you to become licensed within the first 60 days of employment.Issue notices of non-compliance and violations as neededDemonstrate knowledge of, and remain compliant with all policies, rules, and regulations to ensure compliance with Fair HousingThis summary is not an all-inclusive description of job duties.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with excellence.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree preferred, Associates Degree required3-5 years of luxury lead on-site property management experience.General knowledge of budgeting and financial analysisAbove average ability to communicate with others, both verbally and in writingStrong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlinesExperience working in a cross-functional group, project management, andor process improvementStrong computer skills and general knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPointStrong Customer Service AcumenStrong Leadership skillsComputer Savvy
