Growing and highly stable company has an immediate need for an IT HelpDesk Service Desk Technician on a direct hire basis. In this role, you will work on a mid-sized IT team within ServiceNow in order to clear Tier 1 tickets related to Office 365, Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix, hwsw support, and more. This is an awesome company with a reputation for promoting from within. This role is 3 days in the office (fully remote candidates do not apply), and you must be able to clear a drug and background screening.Requirements:*1+ years' experience working on a helpdesk within a ticket queue.*ServiceNow or Zendesk highly preferred.*MUST have excellent speaking skills, professional demeanor, and positive attitude.*Can fully clear a 10-panel drug screen and criminal background check.*Bachelor's Degree preferred.*Must have reliable personal vehicle.
