Real Estate Analyst | Commercial | Beverly, MAYour new companyHays Property have partnered with a successful Massachusetts based owner operator, who are looking to hire a Real Estate Analyst to support a national portfolio of office properties. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to launch a successful asset management career with a well-established name in the Commercial Real Estate space.Your new roleIn this Real Estate Analyst position, your primary focus will be on the modeling and underwriting of prospective acquisition opportunities to add to the groups national office portfolio. Bringing with you strong experience with Argus, you will be responsible for reviewing current and historical property financials, and analyzing market data in order to prepare detailed reports to present to senior leadership to help inform decision making. You will also work with the asset management and accounting teams to assess the current portfolio performance, preparing projections for each asset as well as quarterly investor reports. What you'll need to succeed· 2+ years Commercial Real Estate experience.· You can successfully provide detailed RE analysis to support various Real Estate projects.· You will have an advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Argus.· Bachelors Degree.What you'll get in returnYou will receive a highly competitive compensation package depending on experience.
