LHH has partnered with a well-established and privately owned property management company hiring a Community Manager in Estero, FL. ***Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.*** Apply today for this exciting opportunity!Responsibilities include:Manage daily operations for the property and staff including security, maintenance, leasing, and property financialsEnsure compliance with Community Policies and lease agreementsInspect the property regularly to verify the condition of vacant apartmentsMaintain resident files in a confidential and secure mannerCommunicate with the Maintenance Supervisor and other maintenance team members regarding property maintenanceEnsure all monies received on the property are deposited immediately and recorded daily while ensuring proper procedures are followedMaintain andor create a resident renewal program to encourage resident retentionMaintain compliance with all required permits for operating the property such as pool, spa, elevator, etc.Review and approve all invoices, oversee other reporting as neededEnsure all rent and other charges are collected when due and posted on a timely basisEnsure that legal notices are given, and deadlines are met concerning evictions, writs and attending court hearingsRequirements:Bilingual in English and Spanish is requiredAt least 3 years of experience in the multi-family industryPrior experience as a Property Manager is preferred A high school diploma or equivalentProficiency in Microsoft Office and YARDI is preferredExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions
