Job SummaryThe Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing strategic marketing plans and initiatives for that Planet family of companies' B2B, servicing and corporate brands. This includes copy and design development, managing cross-channel and channel-specific marketing projects, coordinating with team marketing functions and channel leadership to execute plans within budget, ensuring that project deadlines are met and meet Planet's brand and quality standards.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage and execute strategic marketing plans across all designated divisions using omni-channel marketing campaigns including print, digital and event marketing efforts to generate brand awareness and revenue for the business.Responsible for planning and execution of conference and event marketing in collaboration with division leadership and sourcing conference venues, vendors and promotional materials.Assist with management and execution of day-to-day marketing responsibilities (e.g., CRM database management, email distribution, social media, campaign building, audits, creative briefs, etc.)Design and write copy for print and digital marketing content while upholding company brand and quality standard, inclusive of proof-reading and fact-checking.Act as a liaison between marketing functions including Communications, Mar-tech, Marketing Ops and Design for all business, legal and compliance related issues.Participates in additional department projects as needed, working collaboratively with the marketing team and performing miscellaneous duties as assigned.Position RequirementsEducationBachelor's degree in marketing, communication, design, or business-related field required.ExperienceMinimum 5 years' marketing experience requiredMinimum 3 years' project management experience requiredMinimum 2 years' experience, preferably in the mortgage industryCorrespondent, Servicing, Sub-Servicing, andor Asset Management marketing experience huge plus!Graphic design and copywriting experience, strongly preferredProficient Adobe Suite, with a focus in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel.Experience and discipline using project management systems such as FunctionalTechnical SkillsMust be a self-starter with an upbeat, positive personality and a people personExcellent oral, written communication, design and presentation skillsAbility to work independentlyStrong project management experienceMust be a creative thinker and passionate about marketing and brand managementMust be detail oriented, extremely organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines within a small, fast-paced fortable working with all levels of management.EnvironmentalPhysical DemandsWork is typically performed in a standard office environment.
