Reports ToPartnership Marketing ManagerOverviewThe Affiliate Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing the relationship between Primary Arms and its affiliates, vendors, and industry partners. Their main focus is to develop and implement successful affiliate, brand ambassador, and YouTube programs that will increase brand awareness and contribute to the growth of the company. By collaborating with respected individuals in the 2A community, they will promote Primary Arms' products and services while ensuring that their needs are met within the framework of their agreements with industry partners and vendors. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the brand awareness of Primary Arms and significantly contributes to the company's success. As the Affiliate Marketing Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to cultivate strong relationships with influencers, YouTube personalities, and content websites in order to promote Primary Arms' brands. This may entail identifying potential partners, communicating program details and benefits, overseeing existing partnerships, and collaborating with affiliates on marketing initiatives.The Affiliate Marketing Coordinator is in a full-time position with daytime and early evening hours. Some non-standard work and travel shifts may be required.Responsibilities and DutiesExecute affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales for the company.Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand the company's affiliate network.Collaborate with affiliates to optimize marketing campaigns.Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the affiliate marketing space.
