Job Description:

Major, Lindsey & Africa's Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for a Temp-To-Perm Commercial Counsel in either Dallas or Ontario, CAOverview: Our client is seeking a temp-to-perm commercial pany: A large ethnic-focused grocer group.Experience: At least three years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with an emphasis on commercial lease agreements.Location: On-Site in either Dallas or Ontario, CAResponsibilities Include: Drafting, negotiating and reviewing a wide variety of commercial contracts, including commercial lease agreements.Providing advice and counsel on retail business issues including loss prevention, accounting, purchasing, etc.Performing legal research as needed to support retail business operations.Managing business & regulatory licensing team to ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local law.
