ClassificationExemptJob Summary: This position will oversee the dealership's financial and accounting functions including but not limited to billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit and collections, budgeting and other functions for multiple automotive dealerships. Essential Functionsand manage the day-to-day accounting functions of multiple dealershipsand Process all Month end close out procedures and accruals.of the annual budget processand review to ensure all policy and procedures are maintained.with the Operations management on all financialaccounting dailymonthly duties.all monthly reconciliations for purification and procedural improvements.accounting tests of balances to ensure accuracy and completeness.QualificationsDegree in Accounting requiredyears of progressive accounting experience is requiredyears of experience of automotive dealership experience is highly preferredmanagerial experiencetrack record in process improvement and streamlining accounting & reporting proceduresof accounting softwareworking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,Outlook, PowerPoint)be self-motivatedTeam orientedTypical Physical ActivitySitting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting, standing, walking, typing, talking, hearing and traveling.Travel RequirementsAbility to travel 15% of the time or as neededThe Controller must perform the essential duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation efficiently and accurately, and without causing significant safety threat to self or others.
