Business Process AnalystJob Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Process Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes across various departments.Document current and proposed business processes, including workflows, diagrams, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and process maps.Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address inefficiencies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and objectives.Collaborate with IT teams to identify technology solutions that support and automate business processes.Recommend changes to processes, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency.Monitor the implementation of process changes and evaluate their effectiveness.Prepare and present reports on process analysis and improvement initiatives.Collect feedback from stakeholders and end-users to identify further optimization opportunities.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field. 3-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally as a Business Process Analyst or similar role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent documentation and communication abilities.Proficiency in business process mapping, modeling, and analysis tools.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Project management skills and experience managing cross-functional projects.Preferred Qualifications:Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.Proficiency in PLM and or Financial Management SoftwareKnowledge of supply chain processes, best practices, and industry trendsCertification in supply chain management or business process improvement (e.g., CPIM, Six Sigma) is a plus.
