Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Store Manager at Aspire Home in Kennebunk, ME. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes managing the sales staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing and maintaining store policies and procedures, and handling retail loss prevention measures. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and managing the store's financial performance. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skillsExperience in store managementKnowledge of retail loss prevention strategiesAbility to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAttention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in computer systems and point-of-sale softwarePrior experience in the furniture or home goods industry is a plusBachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred
