We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Buyer.Job DescriptionAs a Manufacturing Buyer, your responsibility is to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, components, and services required for the production process. You will play a crucial role in maintaining optimal inventory levels, negotiating with suppliers, and collaborating with various departments to support seamless production operations.Experience:Prepares and processes purchase orders and requisitions materials, supplies, and equipmentWorks with the production and quality department to ensure product conformity and demand managementResolves grievances with vendors, contractors, and suppliersMaintains, improves, andor implements purchasing and recordkeeping systemsSources and partners with reliable vendorssuppliers within the larger NJ, PA, and DE areaCollaborates with the central purchasing department in GermanyOther related duties as assignedCandidate Profile: 3-5 years in a purchasing role within the manufacturing industry OR in an operations role with equipment manufacturingSolid computer skills (Microsoft Suite)Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationshipsNiehoff Endex North America Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
