Position OverviewGlobal Director of Financial Planning & Analysis reports to the CFO. This role will play a crucial part in business partnering to supporting the commercial and operational processes of Chantecaille. The successful candidate will be responsible for steering business, monitoring and communicating on deviations to plan, providing accurate and timely financial reporting. Position Responsibilities Business Partner support to CFO CEO of Chantecaille; Promote transparency of financial figures. Help steer Budget Forecast Closing processes in alignment with shareholders. Maintain timely and correct financial reporting to Chantecaille management and Beiersdorf Group stakeholders. Play a key role in the development and ongoing maintenance of core global Sales and P&L Reporting: MonthlyWeeklyDaily Global Sales reporting to Chantecaille Consolidation and submission of regular sales forecasts to meet shareholder requirements P&L Reporting to Chantecaille management and Beiersdorf Group stakeholders Sell InSell Out reporting across retail distribution Create standardized data commentary input templates for global affiliates to communicate Budget, Forecast and Actual results; seek clarifications and prepare summaries accordingly Conduct ad-hoc analysis of business development, commercial plans and initiatives across geographieschannelsproduct lines Assist in preparation of presentation materials for stakeholder updates Assume financial systems "˜key user' role as financial reporting technologies and methods evolve at Chantecaille Liaison support with global accounting topics e.g. intercompany charges, consolidation, accounting policies Position QualificationsDegree in finance, business administration or similar and 5+ years' progressive work experience with exposure to FP&A controlling reporting required, ideally with some adjacency to Chantecaille's sector position (cosmetics, retail, luxury, consumer goods); MBA or other advanced qualification valued Good team player with an international mind-set, high attention to detail combined with sound analytical skills Adaptability to face evolving context and requirements as Chantecaille moves through post-merger integration phase "˜Hands on' willingness, as part of a lean organization, to make contributions that are not explicitly contained in job description Sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, Ability to work independently and to take responsibility for own tasks Potential to guide one or more subordinates as staffing plans are filled out for Chantecaille's global Finance function Excellent knowledge of MS Excel Power Point Strong experience working with ERP (SAP FICO), Business Intelligence tools and analytics software is highly valued Excellent written and spoken English language skills; any other language skills are an advantage Additional InformationChantecaille Beauté Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our future employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.
